How much gas does the boat burn?
Consumption varies considerably depending upon usage, but a typical day can burn from 30 to 60 gallons, with the average around 45. How much weight, speed, surf time, sight-seeing, and downtime just sun-bathing on the swim deck-- these all play a role in the amount of gas consumed. The G23 has a 65 gallon tank.

The boat has a heater to keep warm on those cooler days, but you are welcome to reschedule for a different date if the weather is bad. We don't want you (or our boat) out in inclement weather.

Are there any special restrictions?
There is absolutely NO beaching the boat, it must be tied to a buoy or secured to a dock. If you keep the boat overnight, you must have a safe, secure place to moor. Coeur d'Alene Lake has many shallow areas (Cougar bay, south side of the Spokane river, entrance to the CdA river, etc.) so you must watch your depth gauge; And there can always be floating debris, be watching. We keep our equipment in immaculate condition, and we would ask you to treat it as if it was your own.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Of course! The boat is stocked with ice and a selection of beverages, but the icebox is big and you are welcome to bring your favorite food and beverages.
